- Can accommodate 22 in barn and farmhouse sleeping all doubles as singles + 2 sofa beds + cot.
- Prices for large groups reflect seasonal demand, winter heating costs, and the ‘party venue’ it becomes!
- Variable minimum charges apply throughout the year
- Use of farmhouse only when Tudor barn is full
- Campers only when Tudor barn and farmhouse is full – ask for quote
- Heating (electricity, woodburner, diesel, gas) – what’s included varies at different times of year and will be clarified with offer
- If it all sounds too complicated email us with your requirements, type of group you are (family gathering, birthday celebration, hen party, corporate, etc) and we’ll send you a quote with any special terms & conditions too
- No stag parties

  All Prices include :-
- Made up beds, towels, electricity
- Use of 20 adult bikes (and small assortment of children’s), new tennis court, table tennis, table football, croquet, badminton, boules, indoor games, TV, DVD/video, CD player (at reasonable volume!)
- Activity ideas on and off farm, family activity pack & children’s dressing up box, Tudor costumes for adults available (along with tableware for Tudor evening) but donations made for clothes needing cleaning.
- Unpacking of online-ordered supermarket deliveries prior to arrival
