On receipt of this booking form and your agreed non-refundable deposit/part-payment, we will send you confirmation, welcome notes with layout for bed planning & facilities included in hire, lots of useful information and contacts, food options & activity ideas.

Please note that if we don’t receive your booking form and payment by bank transfer by the agreed date, your offer effectively expires and the date will be available for other guests to book.

YOUR PRIVACY: GF Hawkins Ltd will use the personal information you provide, and any subsequent correspondence, solely to process your booking and provide essential and helpful information to ensure a pleasant and safe stay, in accordance with our T&Cs. Your data will be stored securely in our small office and never shared with any other person, company or organisation. After your stay, we will request your bank details to refund your deposit. Once refunded, your bank details will be deleted from our system and bank payee list.
